Author Topic: Read thread!! Recording audio in Logic. Records certain parts TWICE @ end of wavefile  (Read 1665 times)

When I record a vocal in Logic Audio Gold 4.1 I have a problem.

I use a Audiowerk8 card and the mic signal goes in there directly from a Joemeek mic pre.

Say this is the vocal "I really like your style"

That is recorded.

But real close after that it's also recorded this ...yle

So it sounds like this "I really like your style..yle" and I have to damn near always cut off the last part. It's unclear how it happens and why.

Anyone got a tip on this? This is SO annoying.

Does it happen only with vocals? What about synths? Or when bussing from another track? Mac? PC? How many samples do you have to cut off usually?
