Recommendation for reasonably priced acoustician NYC-NJ
« on: February 15, 2006, 11:53:50 AM »

I have a client who's building a new room, primarily for jazz (translation: "low budget") and wants a recommendation on an acoustician in the New York/New Jersey area (He's in Galloway, NJ) that can do an analysis and so on, but not for gigantic bucks.

Any suggestions? Is Vin Gizzi still doing work?

May also want to check with Jim Maher at Soundhouse Design:

Regardless of location, it's hard to argue with George Augspurger's pedigree.

And he's quite reasonable, too!

Yes, indeed. He's moving along nicely with the build, in fact...
