The MOT list was only for cars built in 2004 I think.

My French car once failed an MOT because of an ABS sensor failing during the test.
Seemed to coincide with that wheel hitting a very bad pothole.

Now here IS a "carpocalypse"...

One hesitates to use the word "disaster" because Haiti really does make this look small, but what happened at he Russo-Steele auctions was pretty bad...

Ford is finally shutting down Mercury.

For years it's been little more than a 'badge-engineering' division of Ford, and now it's time to go. -It was pointless enough having Lincoln, Ford AND Mercury selling differently-badged versions of the Explorer; -now at least one has gone.

Why General Motors has GMC, Chevrolet and Cadillac versions of some of its vehicles is beyond me... Time to drop one, at least.
