I did a quick search on google & found this.

it seems that this is for messuring video not audio.

I 've done a lot of google searches too with no luck about vectorscope.

An audio vectorscope displays the individual channels of the signal as vectors so you can estimate where the signal 'appears' to be coming from. It's used in surround meters like those from DK Audio, most commonly for surround metering...
