Unfortunately soy sauce contains wheat.  I was going to suggest stir-fry as it uses unlimited variations of meat and vegetables but without soy sauce it wouldn't be the same.  You can use a little sesame oil with the peanut oil for flavor if peanuts aren't a problem.

I don't recall this many food issues when I was growing up.

Ah yes, right you are. Soy contains wheat, although I wonder how high a percentage. There is actually wheat-free soy sauce available.

Man, this girl has some fantastic recipes.

www.dedemed.com

OUTSTANDING link! Thanks! Dede is quite a little dish herself. Doesn't hurt that she has the same name as my wife, who is my favorite dish.

Speaking of, she's heading out of town with the kids for the weekend. This looks like a beer and food filled weekend for me. I'm gonna try some of the above postings.

My wife is killing me with the:

egg-free
gluten-free
dairy-free
wheat-free

thing.

You could sum it all up and just say "flavor-free".

'Bout time to revive this one. These are my wife's creations. She took the gloves off for this. It was unreal good!  Cool

She also made some Scotch Quail eggs (i.e.- boiled, eggs, wrapped in sausage w/ bread crumbs and deep fried) with home madeTzatziki Sauce. Sorry, I couldn't be bothered to take pictures of those. Too good.

Stuffed Roasted Quail (Country Style w/ Cornbread stuffing & whole Quail egg yolks)

Stuffed Roasted Quail (Greek style w/ Fetta, Spinach, Kalamata Olives, Garlic, the usual) on a fresh Spinach bed.

Last night's dinner was some plain-as-day salmon served next to a fresh pesto linguine with scallops. Simple, but fresh and delicious...

...and the picture almost shows how good it tasted...

Dessert was sliced nectarines sauteed in cinnamon and vanilla butter atop a scoop of homemade raspberry sorbet, drizzled with some chocolate sauce. That picture seems to have deleted itself from my camera. Shame.

Maybe the camera ate the picture?

This is the most believable explanation I've heard so far...
