aggghhh.  I'm trying to remember the name of the little film that that's an homage to.  Anyone know?  it's from the 50's, a guy gets a tape recorder for christmas, puts a metronome in front of it, etc...   Something-ism I think, the guy's name.  I think it was posted here last year.
