Now that was stupid.
Guy gets a $150k salary, manages to perform so badly he got reprimanded, then uses his supervisor access to a system to reset the passwords... he deserves to be in Jail on account of stupidity.
More stupid thou are the ones above him, who allowed the building of a system in which a clown can do that.
