I'm waiting for David to make my mic right now.  I used his personal microphone for a couple of days, and that's no Chinese microphone!!!

It's hand made by a guy with a great passion for what he does.  I don't think Bock Audio is some huge company with dozens of employees.  I saw the new shop in Studio City.  I get the feeling it's mostly David doing everything to his standard of excellence on every mic that goes out.  I know he'll put a little extra love in mine.

David has made two mics for me, and I love them and use them both all the time.  I pimp him all the time, based on the quality of his product, his attention to detail, and great customer service.  If I hadn't gotten sidetracked with these 49s, he would be making me a second 251.  This will have to wait, apparently.

They say the heart of Rock & Roll is still beating, which is amazing if you consider all the blow it's done over the years.

"The negative aspects of this business, not only will continue to prevail, but will continue to accelerate in madness. Conditions aren't going to get better, because the economics of rock and roll are getting closer and closer to the economics of Big Business America." - Bill Graham
