That about says it all. Steny Hoyer, who voted against the last FISA bill (yay for him) has just sold his soul and our rights, to the Republicans for no reason. Dems have a majority in the House and didn't need to revisit the FISA bill having crushed it the first time.

Hoyer is a MF'ing Bastard.
