Right now, I just got the MXL Genesis, their new flagship mic, and I'm gonna put it through its paces this weekend.  So far, it looks like they got a lot of things right with this mic.  It's built like a tank.

Sorry that I'm this late to the dance, but the 214 should theoretically be a little more than half the mic a 414 is...now a 207 on the other hand...

erm, i was looking at a pair of used B ULS to purchase, I guess I should not?

Any experience with the XLII and XLS?
