Who's using them? How is their tech support?
Did a search & not much to find.

For a whole lot less we just built a Quad Core computer with some help from these guys http://www.microcenter.com/. It was for our new video rendering computer and I built it myself with no problems thanks to some really good coaching from the staff at MicroCenter. It worked the moment I turned it on and has been providing excellent service ever since. The only problem I ran into (it was no ones fault except the person who assembled the case) was that the reset button was wedged in (so it was always on) by a stray bit of plastic. It took me about two minutes to trouble shoot and about 30 seconds to fix the problem. They gave me a GREAT deals on a case, the memory, the Intel processor, the power supply and the MOBO (all of which were on sale). The guy who coached me the most had just built 7 of these same computers for a businesses similar to mine so he knew exactly what worked and what did not. It was the first computer I had ever built from scratch but I had helped friends build computers before and have done enough trouble shooting to know what to be careful about when building it.

I've been running a Sonica machine for... several years now (?).

If I ever have an issue with it, I'll let you know.

There was this one time...  Had an issue with something - turned out to be SOFTware based - and they helped me fix it (at 2AM) anyway.

Same here as Tom. I just upgraded our PT HD/4 Accel computer to a Quad with no problems at all. I think I spent a total of $850 and that was with the Raptor X drive.

It's been a few years but my experience with them was not good. I don't really want to knock a company in a public forum, but if you'd like to shoot me an email I'd be glad to share my experience.
