Heck, the Black Crowes are there. Not playing 'modern rock' or anything, just rocking out...
no that's a perfect example.

Great show from a great band.
Wasn't blown away by the sound, bad coverage from a poorly hung rig. Looked awesome.
Then some junkie ripped my iPod off from my car and left me minus a passenger door window too.

i like half of it, and i haven't given the other half much attention.
from what i've put together, it's a bit different then their usual thing and i'm assuming i'll grow to love it once i understand it's direction more.
there is a definite twang to many of the songs i wasn't expecting at all.

Can't say I am...I think it's really diverse, and probably the softest record (besides the In Hour Honor acoustic disc) overall...but it's kinda refreshing for me to hear a rock band be not afraid to be "just" a rock band. The songs all have a sense of fun or something like that...they just feel kind of effortless and very...intuitive for lack of a better word...accesible?...immediate? Very instinctively gratifying...
I dunno...Let's just chalk it up to me not agreeing, as I think it's an incredible record.

That's the Foos' backline and PA by the look of it. So I guess the rush guys sat in with Taylor and Rami really?
Support last night was Against Me! and HiFi Hangrenades, think they're both on the whole Canadian run too.

I was at the FF show in Vancouver BC Sunday Night.
Spectacular Show -
Dave G embraces the showmanship aspect of performing prabably as much as Freddy Mercurry did (as in his enthusiasm for the stage).
That IS The Foos backline and stage that the Rush guys are on.
Special guest's??????

You should probably check out a band called Reuben
http://www.wordsfromreuben.com
http://www.myspace.com/wordsfromreuben
if you prefer.
I love the Foo Fighters (and Muse - good call).
Tried to get an interview with Rich Costey but nothing doing.
The FoH for Muse gave me a wicked interview though

Yeah, great band, not mentioned enough. Still love Racecar is racecar backwards.
Biffy Clyro are also worth a mention. Their last album is clearly foo fighters inspired.
