Hey forum,

It's been awhile since I've posted so it's good to be back around.

I might be recording a small club concert in a small town in Illinois. I need to consider options for putting together a location recording rig. I'm not yet sure how many inputs I'll need, but probably around 24-32.

I haven't been in the loop lately about rental companies and gear. Is there someone who could put together a small, stable system, perhaps in Chicago or Nashville, that would work? To keep it really simply I would consider a rack of mic pres straight to Protools. I'd mix later.
