Congress Develops Something Of A Spine
« on: February 14, 2008, 05:48:21 PM »

The House today voted to hold Harriet Myers and Joshua Bolton in contempt of Congress.  Republicants threw a hissy fit and walked out in protest.

Slowly, every so slowly Congress is deciding it's had enough.  It's about time.

The fun part comes next.

Just as good, if not better, the House is going into recess without passing that damned corrupt FISA bill.  Bush will throw such a tantrum.  And it will all be based on lies!

It's great the House won't be bullied and frightened as they allowed themselves to be last summer.
