Anyone using the Martinsound monitor management stuff?  I need something like the EX one to go with my DAW.

Hi Brent,
I'm currently trying out a Martinsound ManagerMaxx for Bass Management.  Great little box and the filters are VERY adjustable, but the one detail that's a little bit frustrating is that they've not allowed for a complete system bypass so that I can run my 5 main channels full range.  For Bass Management, I'd recommend the Studio Technologies 'Model 65 Bass Manager'  (I just bought one).  It does have a full bypass, and some very handy features as well.

For a control-room source selector/switcher, I'd check out the new one from Grace Designs, there's a couple of great units from Studio Technologies, and SPL is making a little table-top unit.  Do a bit of digging and you'll find quite a few new options out there.  The Martinsound Multi-Maxx is definitely a nice unit, but make sure you look around!

ps.  Make sure you sign your full name eh?  George is keeping everyone accountable here!  Kudos to that!

I use the Multimax. It's just amazing. It just replaced the sloppy monitor section of the ProControl.
