anyone with any word on the porting of the Voxengo plugs to OS X?

i asked them once
and they said that they had started to work on it (UB) but with no schedule yet for any kind of release,
and at this time i had the same answer from algorithmix...
wait and see...

A beta of the first port is now available. It's a freebie 7-band graphic eq with some sort of harmonic enhancement.

My understanding is that the long wait was for porting the codebase and libraries to platform-independent code. With that done, it should just be a matter of time before other Voxengo products are available on the Mac.

I think Aleksey said Elephant (limiter) and GlissEQ are on the short list.

There is also a Mac OSX VST version for free download. Go to Download page and choose platform.

With FXpansion wrapper, these can be used with PT as RTAS.
