I`m sure there is a market. and also some products:

I got a Niche ACM and it doesn`t sound bad at all. Also I bought a CAD for cheep Smile but it`s not here yet. I suspect I can make it work with MIDI with a little investigation... If I win I`ll let you know. I already have 3 computers on the studio... I`m not in the mood for another one. Smile

...just to anyone in the future:  Smile

I received the CAD Megamix M1600 and it's a MIDI unit and it's a snap to make it work. The manual explains how and it's really simple. From factory it comes fixed to midi channel 14 ( I'm writing this because that's the one that you'll never guess...) and starts it`s channel count with CC00 or CC65. There are dips inside to program it, but you`ll need the manual to do it, With MIDI you get 128 steps, but with the Megamix software you get 256.  It will be nice if somebody with a MacOS 7 can record the program's MIDI output to figure out how they get that double precision.
