There is some extremely important information contained in this Forum, and still occasional posts in a couple of the big threads.

In this modern world, why do we have to have more, faster, bigger, louder, all the time?

What doess it hurt if this sits and waits for that one important question or answer?

You are far wiser than I in these matters than I ole sage.... You make very excellent points... I withdraw my narrow minded comments...

"In a modern world":  Yes, I am constantly bothered by the fact that we in North America tear down our older (classier) buildings etc. to put up more "modern" (uglier) ones...  word

They say the heart of Rock & Roll is still beating, which is amazing if you consider all the blow it's done over the years.

"The Internet enables pompous blowhards to interact with other pompous blowhards in a big circle jerk of pomposity." - Bill Maher

"The negative aspects of this business, not only will continue to prevail, but will continue to accelerate in madness. Conditions aren't going to get better, because the economics of rock and roll are getting closer and closer to the economics of Big Business America." - Bill Graham

I have the feeling that I have more experience in my little finger than you do in your whole body about audio electronics..
