I have four and a half bales of rockwool sound insulation type number RW3 to dispose of. Ideal for making bass traps - this is left over from my cathedral bass trap work. Purchased from Studiospares (

)- their part number 401982. One pack of Rockwool RW3 contains 8 slabs, each of size 1000 x 600 x 50mm, which cover a total area of 4.8 square metres. They cost me

Don't confuse Norfolk with the Fens. Norfolk is definitely not flat. OK around the Broads it is, but the rest is pretty lumpy - ask any cyclist.
