I have four and a half bales of rockwool sound insulation type number RW3 to dispose of. Ideal for making bass traps - this is left over from my cathedral bass trap work. Purchased from Studiospares (www.studiospares.com)- their part number 401982. One pack of Rockwool RW3 contains 8 slabs, each of size 1000 x 600 x 50mm, which cover a total area of 4.8 square metres. Don't confuse Norfolk with the Fens. Norfolk is definitely not flat. OK around the Broads it is, but the rest is pretty lumpy - ask any cyclist.
