Title pretty much says it. I got to try the demo and it sounds nice, but I'd like to know a little more detail than I can find searching online. Is it IIR or FIR? Minimum phase or linear phase? Hopefully someone here has some inside info.

It's supposed to emulate the 8200 so it would be minimum phase.

I know this isn't what you asked, but you might find it useful.  I love the [imo, highly transparent and uncolored] MDW EQ: so much so that I bought 3 add'l Accel cards so I could use it everywhere in my mixes.  I can't say enough about this eq: if you are looking for a problem solver, or want to make tracks that already sound really good even better, this is the eq for you.  Also, the ability to solo the frequency bands and sweep the dial, so you can find exactly what you're after very quickly, leaves all other plug in eqs in the dust for me.  And you can also make very radical changes if that's what is required.  I've been using it for years and never tire of it.
