Altec 29b capsule service

I have here an Altec 195 condenser mic, with a 29b capsule.  The mic has an intermittent low frequency spike that occurs when the mic is moved, but it otherwise sounds great.  I've tested the mic with a 21d capsule, and the problem disappears.  

So - are these capsules serviceable?

The 29b is supposed to be an AKG CK1, with Altec's mount.  Maybe AKG can service it for you?
