There is a guy who did shows featuring musical flatulence around the turn of the century or a bit later that was world renowned.  Anyone remember this story?  I think he was french or did shows in France.

The guy is amazing. Check out The Monty Python Theme. And prepare to be amazed by his rendition of Ode To Joy at an amazing tempo.
