from a friend of mine "Mastering engineers are machines for changing coffee into various colours of noise"

My favourite - Merlo Espresso blend http://www.merlo.com.au/
Proudly a coffee snob.

I'm a big fan of Crestonase from Costa Rica, when a good batch comes in. We used to get it from our local "Coffee Man" in Yokohama, who got it directly from the small family grower in Costa Rica, but I have yet to find a supply in Milan...

JDG turned me on to my current fav(grind+french press in morning):

I just hit a shop for this company today and was easily one of the best ice coffee's.

Big fan of Stumptown, but I keep it local by using any number of these, with Sightglass being my absolute fave of anything I've ever had.

Hate to admit it, but I'm a tea man myself. Drink it by the bucket - sweet & milky!

- Starbucks Cafe Verona beans
- Capresso burr grinder
- Bodum French press
- Turbinado sugar
- Half and half

Hell yeah...  :)

I restrict myself to no more than 2 cups of coffee in the morning but will have a cup of Earl Grey tea in the afternoon.

So we should start hounding around for the 'perfect' coffee spot for AES in Oct?

How many mastering engineers are planning to go?

Maybe we should organize a caffeine crawl?

It's right next to Hells Kitchen .. I'm sure there's some good stuff. Any favorites? (I'm partial to little pie company, but I'm not a fancy kid).

Organic French roast in a Bialetti Moka Express, using spring water.   Also, love that Yogi brand green tea (also made using spring water).
