How did I work without these?
« on: January 08, 2007, 11:03:27 AM »

Ran across this item on an AudiogoN auction yesterday.

Made me wonder how I've gotten any quality work done without these all these years:

http://www.machinadynamica.com/machina44.htm

They have a whole line of "essential" audio products.

You may laugh.

Galileo found out about people like you.

Also Columbus.

The Wright brothers.

The list goes on of visionary dreamers that turned out correct.

But when I put these plate covers in my room, I immediately got a sound...

"remarkably powerful, detailed and focused."

So there.

LOL!  Very Happy

Guess this just gives one more proof that the PT Barnum theorem is alive and well in the 21st Century.

Ever think you were in the wrong side of the "business" in all of this?  I'm thinking of coming out with my own line "Evil Sound Eliminator Voodoo Dolls" this year.

Seriously, that's a joke, right?

I mean, it has to be a joke, right?

Right?

Look, I know it's mean.  But sometimes the end justifies the mean.

Sounds better with a burnin process of 21 days.
Question? Will my t.v set have a cleaner image and improving the sound if it's plugged into this? Smile

I was hoping to arrange a Group Buy for the forum and order a whole case!

Any takers?

Well now, seriously, have you seen their other products?

This one http://www.machinadynamica.com/machina41.htm
is a heavily modded alarm clock.

I haven't a clue what it does. I suspect it just is.

So funny it makes me weep

I tire of you non-believers.

As it happens, I also have not one, but THREE Clever Little Clocks in EACH AND EVERY ONE of my studios...including Mastering!

How do you think we get such great results?

And you obviously didn't read, or are unable to comprehend, WHY it works.

It works because it does not interfere with electrical circuitry!

In fact, it utilises...

"...a number of highly-specialized techniques. The Clever Little Clock does not plug into the wall and has no direct or indirect influence on the "audio signal" per se -- not on house wiring, audio components, cables, interconnects, power cords or acoustic waves in the room. Yet the Clock has a pronounced affect on the sound produced by all digital and analog playback systems. In addition, all video systems/formats in the house will be improved by placing one or two clocks in the listening room; the video picture will be clearer, with better contrast and color saturation -- TV, cable TV, DVD, etc.

Remove the Clock from its clear bubble pack and place it anywhere in the listening room. The sound will be considerably more musical and live-sounding -- there will be less distortion, more information and a deeper, more coherent soundstage. Low frequencies will be articulate, extended and dynamic, high frequencies exceptionally smooth with phenomenal inner detail. In other words, More of Everything!!"

Furthermore, we've discovered a mod that makes the CLC EVEN BETTER!  I cannot divulge what this mod is, but I can sell you one...it's twice the price of the stock model, but it's more than twice as good.

So there.

PS:  Before you even ask, yes, we use the Pebbles too.  And yes, we have a mod for those as well.  And YES, we'll gladly sell you Compass Point modified Pebbles.  Again, they're expensive, but well worth it.

http://www.machinadynamica.com/machina31.htm

Don't buy theirs, BUY OURS!  They are THAT GOOD.

We are experimenting today with our specially (and scientifically) ionised Compass Point Beach Sand Crystals, cafefully harvested from the beach RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET, which appear to diffuse not only RF and EMI, but BMG as well.

When carefully sprinkled acroos the control room floor, they will improve your warmth and phatness by AT LEAST 312%!  Talk about "Solidity of Signal!

For $300 each, I will personally send elves to deliver INVISIBLE clocks to your listening rooms.  The results will not be subtle.  The price does not include the elves, just the clocks... but both are invisible.  That is to say, that if you pay me $300 for each invisible clock I will make sure they get into your listening room and dramatically improve the quality of all sound reproduced there.  Some rooms will benefit from one invisible clock, and some will require five or more, but the benefits are real.  The invisible clocks do not add clutter or collect dust, either.

Sadly the clocks only work in the room into which they are installed, so each of your clients will need invisible clocks in their listening rooms to experience the same level of quality they heard in the studio.

NOTE:
those pebbles must be used in an equilateral triangle formation for maximum punch and clarity

Terry -
That's all well and good for a lot of material - but everyone knows that for truly phat and killer hip-hop guaranteed to go up to the top of the sales charts you have to go to Brooklyn.  What we've discovered here at TSM is that this phatness is actually the result of Brooklyn's studios proximity to a large helping of dog $h*t found on the street that's sonically magical properties only comes from the dogs here.  For a low fee of only $99,999 we can ship a large helping of this special BK dog$h*t directly to any studio for you to spread around your tracking and control rooms so that you too can get that "sound" you and your clients have been looking for.  Don't delay - get your doo today!!

Best regards,
Steve Berson

Did it sound like a rattle? It says you are supposed to leave them loose.
