Worse yet, they won their lawsuit and it still didn't do them much good.

After Seth moved to Austin & resurrected a new version of the band, he cut "Terminal" at my studio.  Talk about dark records!  (For a multitude of reasons, I gather.)

oy vey, what a good band.  D is for Dumptruck and Positively Dumptruck are still excellent examples of that 80s jangly-guitar college-radio thing.  Ah, the good old days of Dumptruck and the dB's and Let's Active and Big Dippah and that band from Athens ...

Oh, yeah, For The Country was a good un, too.

So sorry to hear of such a tragedy...hope that one day we could all still learn from them in the distant future! God bless them and all the others that have gone before them. Such tragedies.
