Can any of you guys identify this module....between the ADR comp and the kepex. We know (or *think* we know) that it's a test tone generator, but made by whom?

Yeah, I know it's pretty bad, but it's the best we have of it. I was hoping that the layout would be familiar. It's in a Helios but, it's not one of Dick's units...just mounted on a blank.
