So I went to a thing called The City-Wide Garage Sale -- bassically a bunch of vendors in a convention-hall like setting, all selling there varieties of crap/shit/cool stuff (all depends on where you're at).
One guy had a mic (bad, old, AT stage piece: junked) and next to it was this weird little thing. A cylinder, about as big around as your thumb & forefinger make for the OK symbol, and about 4 inches long. Black, metal, with a 1/4" jack on each end. There is a brown, beige, and very 70's label on it that says, "Zeus Audio Systems, Bass Boost model 8317 HI Z" and points out which jack is the IN and the OUT.
The seller didn't know what it was, but thought it went between an instrument and an amp.
As it was going for the incredible price of two dollars, I bought it.
Anyone know what the hell this is?
M
Yes, of course I'll let you know what it sounds like as soon as I get a chance.
