Dear All,

A customer has just emailed me:

I'm having trouble submitting track names in iTunes. When I go to the advanced menu, the option 'Submit CD Track names' is grey and I'm not able to select it.

I'm not an iTunes expert, so does anyone here recognise the scenario? All suggestions welcome.

Hi Nigel,
I wonder if they have the CD (disc) mounted on the desktop. One can't submit file names without the CD start and duration times for the fingerprinting to work.

Looks like the CD wasn't visible to the computer for some reason, all is now well.
