Dear Awesomeness Which are the Forums,
I'm looking to finish a project here in SF and need the highest quality (and by high quality i mean richness and depth of sound for sparkly guitar,bass, and vocals)setup i can get for cheap. I was thinking about renting some nice mic pre's and maybe even a good D/A but its been awhile since I've not had school access to nice tools. Anyone know of reasonable places to rent from in SF?

p.s. production is a large dynamic range electro-rock outfit with many organic delicate sounds, looking for a lot of pop experimentaion with unusual textures over simple chord progressions, highest quality chain is needed, although no more than two mics will be used at a time during tracking.
