Anyone have any idea about this mic? According to the Neumann website 'it is an exclusive version with unique product features'.

The, now discontinued, "Anniversary Edition" was the same as a standard U87Ai - it had a special finish and was supplied in a case with elastic suspension, special pop filter and mic. cover.

The pop filter was a copy of the one the Beatles used at Abbey Road, but Neumann didn't have access to the original.  The copy, I think, only had a single screen, whereas the original had a double screen.

I hope I have remembered this correctly.

As I recently used one of these microphones, I can confirm John's description of the mic and its accessories, though I don't recall specifically the details on the pop filter other than it was similar at first glance to pictures I've seen of the Abbey Road version.
