while i do not disagree with that sentiment entirely, the end product of the tracking sesion is nothing short of amazing. the girl who was singing was a really good sport, and she wanted things a certain way (perfect), and i was happy to oblige, because shit, i'm getting paid for it.

there was NO tuning done of any sort, which is refreshing.

there were breaks in that seven hour stretch also. lunch-break, sun-break, band discussion-break... etc.


Ok.


I'll call off the taxi from the funny farm that was on its way to your house.

It's certainly easier to make good tracks sound... good.

Just don't expect them to sound gooder.

yeah, i finally stopped sobbing uncontrollably, so i don't think the white-coats need to pick me up this time.
