Looking for wiring help for my new space
« on: January 27, 2006, 05:56:17 PM »

Hi there!

I just built a project studio in Brooklyn with a heavy emphasis on vintage analog within a protools environment (parallel analog and digital signal paths) 2 consoles (1 d, 1 a), lots of tubey outboard, etc.

An engineer buddy of mine was slated to help with the wiring, from strategy to soldering, but is unable to make it out here for a while and I want to get it finished soon.

I think the job is a bit beyond my level of expertise, and am looking for someone who can work side by side with me to help and advise. Although I don't have a huge budget (big surprise Smile) I am happy to pay someone a fair wage for their time. In addition, if you are elsewhere in the country and want to come to NYC, we could work in a plane ticket as partial compensation (I've got some extra frequent flyer miles!).

You can email me at burg@polyanalog.com if you have questions or think you might be interested.

Thanks!
