as many of you may know, christopher walla of death cab for cutie recently moved to portland, OR, my hometown. i go to a community college down the street from where i live and in my writing class i had to write an essay on something unique that i do, so i wrote about recording. i mentioned christopher walla as being a big inspiration to me. when i came to class today, my instructor told me that she lives right down the street from him and her husband actually plays music with him sometimes.
thought this was very cool!
now i need to say to my instructor "can i come home with you? in a non sexual way " hah!
