Analog versus Digital explained
« on: December 31, 2005, 12:32:58 PM »

To really understand the analog versus digital debate, you must look into the meaning of the words themselves;

Analog
first word 'anal', second word 'log'.  you can decipher the meaning from the two words, and how they are coupled.

Digital
first word 'digit' (meaning finger), second word 'tal', or 'tale' meaning "imaginative narrative of an event".

Actually you're missing the point.

The word DIGITAL should be broken down into three compnenets to yield:
Dig It Al.

SO the implication is that people named Al should "dig" it.

Approximately 5% of thw world's population have a name that is a variation or equivalent of Al, Albert, Alan, Alain, Aloysius and so on...

And approximately 5% of listeners prefer the sound of high quality digital audio over high quality analogue in a blind A-B test.

there you go.

Quite simple, really.

Now we can stop discussing it.

Not really.

There are females who, if under twenty-five and may or may not be non-caucasion and may or may not smoke could have the name Alison, Alberta, Aldeetha, Alie, Alshonsta, Alexandra, Alialiincomefree (which is most of the good looking ones).

lemme nough
