Title: ventilation in my conrol room

I just moved the noisy cpu into the closet, but the closet door isn't that great at isolating the low end noise of the cpu. I'll work on that. It's pretty quiet in there now when I turn off the amps, and I am actually thinking about using this room to record in as well since it has acoustic treatment and sounds pretty good. Controlled but not dead. But, the room has no air flow and I usually need to keep the ceiling fan on or the door open. I was wondering about adding some kind of room ventilaiton or a silent fan on the desk. Do any of you use a fan that doesn't get picked up by a mic. Most fans do not have a slow enough setting for there to be quiet operation.

I was looking at the ventilation systems for vocal booths too, but would have to go outside the room with a hose and that won't work. I can't think of anything else other than a big giant bucket of ice. Then again I could keep some beverages in it. Might work!
