wave editor for vinyl transfer to digital (cd)

Hi

i'm looking for a wave editor for transfering vinyls to digital. i'd like something that i can load the vinyl into, set trackmarks and burn directly out of the program or output an image or something as easy. any suggestions?

also, any tips on how to make it as painless as possible to transfer a lot of vinyls are welcome.

Almost any DAW program will do what you are asking about. I prefer Wavelab since it allows you to do what needs to be done all in one program. From recording to clean up of clicks and pops to burning the CD. Others may have different ideas.
