Benchmark Media Systems A/D converter
« on: February 09, 2005, 12:11:41 PM »

While this is probably a question only Benchmark can answer, I am wondering if anyone has knowledge as to why the company has yet to release its ADC-1 analog to digital converter.  They have been promising this for a year and a half with a "coming soon" notation under a picture of the proposed unit.  A few months ago they had a note saying they had received parts and were constructing units, yet none have ever appeared on the market.  I think they are tired of questions about where is it (from people like me anyway -- OK from *me*).

Anyone know what's going on?

Barry,
I found a few month in the 'DMX R-100' forum a person who were actually working in this company. Why not asking him your question ?
PHILMAGNOTTA@aol.com
I'm shure he'll be pleased to answer.

They told me that a key part in the original design became unavailable so the whole thing needed to be redesigned around different parts.
