My opera-singing sister's managing to get in an editing session this morning with her engineer- he's supposed to be helping prepare for thanksgiving, so she's taking 2 home made pumpkin pies and a bottle of wine to the session to help cover for him! =)

The "new" turkey preparations seem to be working great. 14lb turkey in the oven overnight for 12 hours at 190F. Wrapped in Foil. Insert Sriracha hot sauce (Tuong ot Sriracha) of 1 oz. Black ground pepper and lemon juice. Remove turkey and set over to 600F. Put the turkey in for 10 mins. Serve. Most excellent!

Sauce source...(it is hot and sweet, garlic flavor, tasty good stuff. You will be spoiled!!)
