Can this system transmit track titles and cd titling data? Would be grateful for help.

AES/EBU is a data transfer protocol -- in terms of adding data to music, the "Mastering Forum" would be the best place to ask this kind of question as its what they do for a living.

Track and CD titling data is not part of the AES/EBU spec, so it will not be transmitted.
