MOVED: Forum is over
« on: October 25, 2011, 10:30:16 AM »

This topic has been moved to R/E/P Saloon.

http://repforums.prosoundweb.com/index.php?topic=1829.0

If you want to respond - pile on, whatever, the thread is in the saloon.  I find it extremely unfortunate that Ross decided to post this vitriol during the AES convention... 4 of the 12 days a year I am pretty sure not to have time to check the forums... or as in this year's case - have internet access.

For those that care... there are indeed a bunch of problems with the forum -- these issues are being discussed with PSW management and will either be fixed, or not fixed [in which case I will be about 3-4 feet behind Ross on the way out the door... though with a fair bit less drama].

I will be keeping you informed as I have more information... if we're going to keep it going you are [as always] welcome to participate... or not.

"Recording engineers are an arrogant bunch
If you've spent most of your life with a few thousand dollars worth of musicians in the studio, making a decision every second and a half... and you and  they are going to have to live with it for the rest of your lives, you'll get pretty arrogant too.  It takes a certain amount of balls to do that... something around three"
