That's cool Keith!
Did you use a ribbon mic body for it?

Good eye, Barks!
Yes, the ribbon mic body was plenty tall enough for the "tower-o-capsules", and the body allowed all 4 channels of circuitry to fit inside -just- if I stacked the circuit boards 'triple-deck' (4 decks if you count the connector).
I used the same 12-pin connector as the SoundField mics, so that I could use the same cables, since I have a 350ft run, a 100ft run and a couple of 25-foot and 12-foot cables.
the circuit boards were the first time I've ever built things on circular PCBs... the home-etched 'proof of concept' circuit boards shown in the pics were a bit of a mess, but I did make some "proper" versions made, for in case I ever make a second one.
Thanks for the complement burp182, -I'm just a madman at heart!
I have a couple of K67 capsules which I'm either going to put into that mic, or just leave the current ones in there... right now it has the Peluso K67-types, which seem to work fairly well, though I might see if the genuine Neumann capsules work any better.
...Or maybe I'll just build up a whole second one, if I get another ribbon body. -I have the circuit boards; all I need to make is the capsule mount arrangement, grab another set oc components and connector, and go through the madness a second time... -We'll see.
