Correction: two-thirds of a steering wheel.

If you get outbid on this one, maybe the Canadian navy will sell you one of theirs. There's four of them slowly rusting away across the harbour from where I live.

Its more like the yoke/stick on an airplane.

If you think about it, a submarine "flies" but underwater, very much the same axises as a plane.

Woah,  Remind me not to go up with you in your plane Barks! She looks like a bit of a "beater".  Razz

PS:  Who amongst us doesn't already have a submarine?  I mean c'mon. Sheesh

Speaker one end, microphone the other end = mobile echo chamber.

Clients might get confused, however, when you tell them you're bringing a sub.

Chuckles! Thats the inside of a B-17. At least it didn't look like this:

Actually, when I was a kid I used to go to HMS Dolphin, the submarine base in Gosport (opposite Portsmouth UK) when my dad headed up the underwater medicine research division there - he was a Surgeon Captain in the Royal Navy - and got to go on a sub a few times whenever they were docked.

Imagine getting your little finger caught in one of those chain links as the steering wheel spins back a few turns......
