Most importantly... When is the prime time to inshore fish Tampa?

All year baby.

Different species have different peak seasons around here... There's a snook season, a redfish season... pretty much everything else is wide open.

Spring to fall is when the fish are in their migratory phase.

The best bet is to hit the mangroves... wading in is probably the best- better than boating, as far as ease of catching goes.

I just went deep sea fishing for some grouper the other day. I came away pretty well stocked.

I meant to add that spring to fall is theoretically the best time, but it is good all year.
