I am attempting repair on an AMPEG 115 Circa 1973.
The output card is putting out an almost sawtooth wave at about 3V pp.
The signal from the preamp is disconnected and I tried adjusting bias.

Where do I look from here?

Voltage at R225 is .44v when it should read .01v according to schematic.
