I wondered about the guitar also.  

I highly recommend watching through the end, though, especially his patient placement of the guitar on the stand.  For those who may need a little more of a set-up, the video begins with a guy who appears to be a geek, but it gradually evolves into something more sinister.  Always right on the edge, but never crossing.  It's really well done.

It seems like he is lip syncing to a pre recorded track. That 58 wouldn't be picking up that well as he moves his face around
