(or anyone...for that matter):
I noticed that (at the Mercenary Audio site)...the Lynx Aurora 8 & 16 are offered under the category of "Mastering Tools".
Is the quality (of these pieces) that good? (to be in a class with Benchmark, Apogee & the like)?
Are the actual converter chips (in those units) still mfg.'d by AKM?
